This charming home renovation and addition was designed in collaboration with Jen Gregoire Interiors. A small addition to the back of the first floor kitchen expanded into a new mudroom and laundry room while providing enough space for a new powder room.
The existing kitchen, although larger, felt tight due to the inefficient layout and odd wall placements. We removed an unnecessary wall and squared-off the kitchen for a clean flow.
The existing home has a traditional charm, our client wanted an updated look and feel while keeping with the existing traditional elements of the rest of the home.
